DAY RETREAT
As the days grow cooler and the leaves begin to fall, we feel a gentle shift from the high energy of summer to the quieter, more introspective days of autumn.
This season invites us to slow down and turn inward, yet we still carry the vibrant energy of summer within us. It's a time of both action and reflection, a chance to harness the last of summer’s warmth and vitality while preparing to embrace the stillness ahead.
Our thoughtfully crafted half-day retreat will help you navigate this transitional period by combining energizing activities with grounding practices. By making use of the lingering summer energy, we can ease into autumn feeling both invigorated and balanced.
This approach allows us to honour the dynamic nature of this time of year, blending moments of movement and joy with opportunities for quiet reflection and deep grounding. Embracing this balance will help you enter the new season feeling refreshed, connected, and ready to fully experience the beauty of autumn's changes.

09:00 intention setting & meditation
to set the tone for our day together we ground ourselves through meditation and intention setting
9:45 shake the dust + yin yoga
experience a transformative practice that moves your body, heart, and mind. through shaking, jumping, dancing, and free movement, we release tension and invite joy. we’ll end this with a calm yin yoga practice to slow down and deepen our connection within.
11:30 nourishing autumn brunch
enjoy a heart-warming, nourishing meal by food collective himmel & erde that brings us together and fills us up, both body and soul, with the abundance of autumn.
12:30 workshop: create your own smudge stick
the darker season is a perfect time for burning sacred smoke to cleanse and balance our spaces. Together, we’ll create our own smudge sticks using natural materials, crafting tools for clarity and calm.
13:30 breathwork + cold plunge
together, we’ll practice breathwork to connect more deeply with ourselves, followed by a refreshing cold plunge into the lake to invigorate and renew.
15:00 closing
