I’ve discovered yoga as a way to connect to myself on a deeper level.
Yoga helps me to get out of the head and into the body, something I always encourage my students to focus on too.

My teaching style is a mix of everything I love practising myself. From sweaty vinyasa or soothing yin to energising Kundalini-inspired classes or nourishing restorative yoga. Next to that, breathwork and meditation also always play a big role in my classes.

In my sessions, you can expect to explore your body, your breath, and your mind in order to connect with yourself as a whole.
