We will take you on a journey of energizing Vinyasa Flow Mornings and soul-soothing Relaxing Yin & Restorative Evenings. Let our guided sessions weave together Mindfulness Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Baths, enriching your journey of transformation. May this Retreat honor your Inner Artist and inspire intentions for your wonderful paths ahead.
CLAY WORKSHOPS
Immerse yourself in the art of ceramics through a hand-building workshop, where the dance with clay becomes a metaphor for grounding oneself in the rhythms of nature and play. This clay workshop, designed for all skill levels, beckons you to revel in the magic of this earthy medium, allowing your hands to shape an experience rather than a rigid outcome. You'll receive a designated amount of clay to craft beautiful ceramics. Depending on the size of your creations, you'll either have one large art piece or several smaller ones. We'll handle the firing process in Salzburg, Austria, and you can choose to pick up your pieces or have them securely shipped to your home.
Good to know: We provide all the tools and materials for both the clay workshops. You don’t have to bring anything.
The retreat is hosted by INSYNC CLUB, a collective that stands for soul food, yoga, naïve art, and community.
