Your 4-week Online Immersion | September 2 - 27

THE NEST is all about coming back home to yourself.

At the peak of summer, when the energy is often outward and demanding, we want to intentionally carve out time to slow down and recharge. 

To be honest with you, one of the reasons why I created this late summer dream immersion is because I often find it hard to rest myself. Life gets busy, and it’s easy to prioritize everything else over taking a break - especially at the height of summer! 

So I wanted to create a space where we can rest, together — where we can support each other and remind ourselves and each other of the importance of slowing down. Because: When we prioritize rest, we nurture our well-being and cultivate a deeper sense of clarity and creativity.

What can I expect?

— 4 LIVE sessions via Zoom 💻

Each week, we’ll have a live session (see schedule) to connect, relax, and learn different ways to nourish our nervous system.

— 4 mini pre-recorded practices 🕯️

In addition to our live sessions, you’ll receive a weekly practice that you can integrate into your daily routine or do whenever it feels right for you. These practices might include movement, meditation, breathwork, and more — all aimed at helping you rest and rejuvenate. 

Community chat 💬

We are a small, intimate group, and we’ll be staying in touch through an Instagram group chat (of course optional). This will be a wonderful space to share your experiences, support each other, and build a sense of community.  Also, feel free to use this space for questions or other things that come up.

As summer’s energy peaks, THE NEST late summer dream offers a chance to intentionally slow down and reconnect with yourself. Created to counteract the busyness of life, it provides a nurturing space to unwind together ꩜

You’ll benefit from weekly live Zoom sessions to connect and explore ways to support your nervous system, along with mini pre-recorded practices such as movement, meditation, and breathwork to weave into your daily routine. An optional Instagram group chat offers a cosy space to share experiences and build a supportive community.

Prioritise your well-being, embrace rest, and take good care of yourself at the end of summer.

  • No problem at all! If you can't make it to the live sessions, don't worry. Every session will be recorded and uploaded to our portal within 24 hours, so you can watch or revisit the content whenever it suits you best.

  • You’ll have access to all the recordings through the Thrivecart learning platform, our little dream hub :) After each live session, the recording will be uploaded to this portal. In the portal, you'll also find the pre-recorded practices and journal prompts. You can revisit these materials anytime you like, and you’ll have access to the Thrivecart portal for 6 months after the immersion finishes. This gives you plenty of time to catch up, review, and practice at your own pace.

  • Ideally, you’ll want a yoga mat along with props like a blanket, blocks, and a yoga bolster. If you don’t have those, you can easily use a carpet, couch pillows, or other household items as substitutes. It’s also a good idea to have a journal handy, find a comfortable and safe space to practice, and consider using headphones — especially for the sound bath session.
