as the cyclical nature of seasons surrounds us every second of our lives, whether in our bodies’ cells or in nature's cycles, adapting to these changes in rhythm can sometimes be exhausting and often we feel imbalanced during the process.
rebirth and death are essential to life's cycles, so how do we surf along these waves and stay balanced all the way through?

09:00 arrival
09:15 mindful breath meditation for spring
to set the tone for our day together we ground ourselves through breath and intention setting
9:30 movement
we start with shake the dust, an energising yet intuitive practice to release stagnation and quite literally shake off any ‘dust’ that might have settled throughout winter. and then transition into yogasana in which we’ll explore the qualities of spring through yoga, syncing our movements with the vibrant energy of the season.
11:00 ayurvedic spring brunch
nourish your body with a thoughtfully prepared ayurvedic spring brunch, indulging in the season's vibrant flavours and revitalizing foods. hosted and prepared by the food collective “himmel und erde”, feeding us also all insights necessary for spring foods and their qualities.
12:30 nature walk
amidst nature's awakening, we take a leisurely walk, perhaps discovering herbs and connecting with the earth's renewal.
13:00 DIY immune-boosting oxymel
with herbs of the season we craft our own oxymel, an ancient herbal elixir of vinegar and honey for immunity and health
14:00 workshop
spring qualities & balancing - an interactive discussion on aligning your body with the vitality of spring and how to foster a harmonious connection with the season's essence
