Join us for an extraordinary half-day retreat at the beautiful y.lab Studio in Vienna. This immersive experience includes Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Living Yolates-inspired movement, culminating in an enlightening introduction to Human Design with our dear friend Alexa Valentin.
This day-retreat is designed to help you carry the lightness and joy of summer into the upcoming months, equipped with tools to stay strong, centered, and true to yourself. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to these practices, you will find something valuable in this unique, integrative experience.

Human Design is your energetic blueprint — your operating manual and your experiment. It helps you accept your true self by making visible what you (maybe) always knew was inside you. Human design is a tool for self-inquiry and development, a tool to understand yourself and the ones around you on a deeper layer.
During the workshop, you’ll learn about the basics of the Human Design system and the 5 energy types. We’ll also dive into the different energy centres of the Human Design chart so you leave more empowered and aware of how to use and protect your energy. At the end, there’ll be time for a little Q&A and sharing of your own Human Design experience.
Make sure to bring a screenshot of your Human Design chart, lots of curiosity and an open mind.

Experience our signature class: a contemporary fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and elements from Dance combined with Pranayama and Meditation. Enjoy the perfect blend of strengthening, stretching, and water-like movements. This innovative practice promotes holistic health, aligning body, mind, and spirit. It’s a joyful way to keep your energy high and your spirit light as you head into the fall.
INTRO TO HUMAN DESIGN + Q&A
During the workshop, you’ll learn about the basics of the Human Design system and the five energy types. We’ll also dive into the different energy centers of the Human Design chart so you leave feeling more empowered and aware of how to use and protect your energy. At the end, there will be time for a Q&A session and sharing of your own Human Design experience.
